1. Introduction

Welcome to WEB & TECH SOLUTION. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We provide professional web development, Shopify setup, eCommerce audits, and digital marketing services.

Each project is governed by a separate written agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and fees.

Project Work: fixed project fee as agreed in writing prior to commencement.

Marketing Services: charged on a monthly recurring basis.

Payments via Stripe or bank transfer only. Work begins after initial payment.

Refund within 30 days after development completion if deliverable does not meet agreed scope.

Marketing services billed monthly, non-refundable once the period begins.

Clients must provide accurate information, materials, and approvals.

Delays in feedback may affect delivery timelines.

IP remains ours until full payment is received; then transferred to the client.

We may display completed projects in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.

Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Both parties treat non-public information as confidential.

Either party may terminate with written notice; completed work remains payable.

UK clients: laws of England and Wales. US clients: laws of the State of New York.
